Member Registration Rates 

To benefit from member rates, you must first join the Academy before registering for the meeting. Visit this page of the Academy website for details on how to join. Please note: you must complete the membership application process before registering for CLP 2021. Member rates are not applied retroactively. 

Your CLP 2021 registration includes: 

• Recorded Live-stream sessions from November 10-12 

• Access to an extensive library of on-demand content – including 50+ brief oral presentations, 40+ workshops, nearly 200 posters 

• CME for all attended sessions, as much as 118 hours available, through May 13, 2022.

Non-member Trainees 

Non-member trainees are required to provide training status verification. Please email verification of training status, on institution letterhead, with expected training completion date, and name and contact details of your training director to aclp-evt@paimgmt.com within 10 days of your registration or your registration will be automatically cancelled. 

Optional Courses 

CLP 2021 offers three opportunities for additional educational content and CME hours. All optional sessions are presented on-demand and are not live-streamed; there is an additional fee for each optional item. 

1. Updates in C-L Psychiatry is a popular, half-day review course featuring multiple experts in the field. Presenters address core topics such as neuropsychiatry, psycho-oncology, and pediatric C-L psychiatry, which can serve as preparation for ABPN certification or re-certification exams. This course is free to current Academy members who register for the annual meeting. 

2. Fundamentals of C-L Psychiatry: A Primer. Given the shortage of fellowship trained and board certified C-L psychiatrists and the increasing demand for integration across the spectrum of care, an increasing number of general practitioners (including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners) are being asked to provide psychiatric care in medical settings. This course, moderated by Jason Caplan, will serve as a primer in C-L Psychiatry providing a basis on which attendees can capitalize on the specialized presentations across the rest of the conference. 

3. The Skills Course Package bundles seven deep-dive sessions on current C-L Psychiatry issues (does not include the two sessions above) for a single fee: 

Cancellation/Refund Policy 

Full refund for cancellations received by ACLP no later than October 31, 2021. No refunds are possible after this date. 
 
If you paid by credit card, you can skip contacting ACLP and self-cancel: Log-on to your ACLP profile, then click Purchases > Events > Details, then Cancel Registration. If you don't want to self-cancel or paid for your registration by other means, email your cancellation request to reg@CLpsychiatry.org before the cancellation deadline. Refunds will be issued by check or wire transfer AFTER the meeting in US Dollars. If you do not cancel by the deadline and decide not to attend, you cannot apply your payment to a future ACLP event. 

ABPN Diplomate 

The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) has provided an education grant to ACLP to underwrite ACLP member pricing for any ABPN Diplomate. You must use a promotion code – which must be entered on the payment page of the registration process - provided by ABPN to receive this benefit. Please contact ABPN if you don't have this code. ACLP thanks ABPN for their collaboration via this grant on meeting the vital education needs of C-L Psychiatrists during the pandemic.
